Key features of our personnel politics are performance-related wages, numerous fringe benefits, various further training programmes and career opportunities within the company, as well as special discounts within the concern.
In order to be accepted and be successful within the Eurotours working environment, our employees must possess a high degree of social competence in addition to their professional qualities and abilities.

In view of the general business conditions, which are permanently subject to change, continuous, top quality training is essential to ensure the  efficient performance of our employees and therefore the driving force behind our success.  Individual training and development plans will be agreed upon with the management and implemented with effect.

We believe in the fact that  “Talent needs to be encouraged, not just discovered.”

Eurotours has a reputation as being a particularly employee-orientated company. For the Eurotours employees in Kitzbühel there is e.g. a company canteen, where lunch is paid for by the company*, as well as childcare facilities (with a nursery and kindergarten) and a fitness room.  More than 20 children between one and a half and six years are currently looked after by a kindergarten teacher and 2 nursery nurses on a half- or full day basis in the childcare facilities.

*The colleagues in the Vienna office receive lunch vouchers, which they can spend in various restaurants and shops.
